"Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. "

"I had no internet connection or hot water during my stay. It was a hot day, so water shower was acceptable.
The hotel says that the breakfast starts at 7:30am. It does not mean the breakfast is ready by 7:30am, but they start cooking from 7:30am"
"Place is great. You must have a private vehicle to reach there. Activities are fun and keep you busy. Week mobile network reception helps you cut away from the rest of the world. Swimming pool and game room is well maintained. Some ponds inside the premises are not very clean. Food is average and may be bit spicy at times for lunch and dinner. Breakfast and snacks were good. Rooms were clean from inside but you may find dust in gallaries. Bathroom was clean but needs some work done as toilet...
