"There are no staff apart from cleaners. Any requests go via email or phone. The door key pads were really loud and could wake you up if people arrived late, which they did. It seems to be a combo of a post rehab facility and motel for people who want a less expensive room. There is a microwave in the foyer. It is very difficult to fill the electric jug as the bathroom sink was very narrow.No plates. Good parking, close to bus stops and good food options nearby. I left early as had an opportunity...

"Motel is reasonably clean, and one of the cleaning staff members was especially helpful and friendly. The owners were also welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by the lack of a comfortable sleeping environment. Our room at the back had no block-out curtains, and the bright security lights from the neighbouring car dealership made the room very bright throughout the night. "Rooms were clean. The staff were great. Bar and breakfast area were excellent. There was plenty to do at Alexander Hills as there was a mini golf course and a new bowling alley and gaming area just been opened at the hotel. Parking was good accommodation was in a nice quiet area."

"Great little hotel, staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Room itself was great, clean and just what you need. There is some works taking place on the corner but it wasn't too bad. Parking is a bit steep though so watch out for that but with the good rate for the room it all worked out quite good."

"Dirty room, smelly and run down old hotel. Dark room (no sunlight, only the view of an old building next door). Very noisy, slamming doors half the night. White splashes of something on the walls next to the bed. Bed was comfy and staff pleasant. Over priced for what we got and wouldn’t stay again"
