Khách sạn Shakertown , Harrodsburg

"Everything was wonderful except for the postage size room ( it was comfortable but extremely too small) and not telling us it was on the 2nd floor ( no elevator ) My husband uses a cane to walk."

"Very nice property with lots of useful amenities including a microwave and fridge in the room (as well as frozen food, snacks, and drinks for sale in the office store). Parking is easy; everything was clean; and the location is convenient."

"We booked the hotel for three days, but during those three days, no one cleaned our room. The smell in the room was terrible. On the second day, the towels disappeared from our room, and a staff member knocked on our door asking why we hadn’t checked out yet. This was not good experience. We will never stay at Comfort Inn again!"

"Could have been better on breakfast.. the shower door and shower head should have been on opposite side.. had trouble with the door key but it got better.. all in all a nice motel friendly staff.."

"A unique, historical hotel full of antiques with an associated pub & tavern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Food was well prepared and delicious. Stayed at the Inn for 4 days for a local event and plan on returning next year."

"The stay was good as usual with no issues."

"The TV initially did not work, staff quickly replaced the batteries. We were allowed to check in early in order to be on time for a wedding. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety."

"It was ok."

"Very good. Good price. Nice staff."

"The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice! I had two 6 year old boys with me and they had such a fun time with the front desk crew. I appreciated their welcome and patience with 2 rambunctious boys! The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The boys used the pool and had a blast!"

"ok"

"was very surprised with how great the place was. only the snack bar was over priced"

"So unique, beautiful and memorable"

"The hotel needs better luggage carts. They especially need carts with hanging racks. That was the most terrible experience trying to keep our luggage and garment bags on them small, sorry carts."

"The first room we checked into was very dark and musty, turns out the AC unit wasn’t working. The staff at the front desk quickly got us into a new room with a working AC unit. The new room was brighter but had some sort of stain on the floor and chair. The front desk staff was once again able to take care of this quickly. The restaurant/bar in the lobby was wonderful and so was the location. The property overall seemed a bit neglected and in need of an update."

"This property was difficult to find late at night, but Josh stayed with me on the phone til I got there (my GPS wasn't working). The staff is so friendly (met most of them on our 2 night stay) and attended to any request we had! We were in the handicap room, new sink, toilet & shower. Bed clean and good. Nice towels. Only "problem" is that the carpet has to go and they are working on it. Good breakfasts. Would stay there again for the price we paid."
