"I chose this hotel for three reasons, it was in the old town, it had a shuttle to the Canton fair, and the rooms had kitchens. I was staying for a long time and I wanted to be able to cook for myself. When I got to the room, it had a kitchen with a nice dishwasher, but nothing to cook with or eat with so there’s no point to they’re being a kitchen. It isn’t a nice location with an old town. Llegamos y nos dijeron que nuestra reservación no existía, no me reembolsaron el dinero y ademas ellos no le notificaron nada a Booking No se hospeden aqui"

"Airport shuttle is clean, new and on time. However, finding the location to catch it in the airport is a bit tricky. It is located on the third floor at the departure set down at Stop 46, not the ground level where there are a fleet of commercial buses with very impatient drivers. It takes a 10- minute bus drive to Novotel. I stayed for about 10 hours overnight to catch the next flight at 6:40am."

"Breakfast never had any meat, but was always fresh. Rooms were clean and maintained, but very dim in the room and the bathroom. Overall, great staff and great location if you’re going to the Canton Fair"
