"Surprised this is a 4 star hotel, facilities are a bit grubby and over crowded, room was small but it was clean. Worst breakfast experience I've had in a long time, more like 2 star canteen than 4 star. Dont like being negative but I expected a lot more from this hotel."

"We stayed at the Dean Cork on a 8-day road trip around Ireland. Since we were driving a car we had hired, it took us a little bit of time to figure out the parking (in the train station parking lot). "Charming historic hotel near all the Cork attractions. A local we spoke to described it as “the nicest hotel in Cork” and I have to agree. The front desk is very focused on ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend if your travels bring you to this part of Ireland."
