"Loved The breakfast selections. Staff very attentive to keeping everything stocked and fresh. Upon entering my room, there was a half empty water bottle on nightstand. The microwave had not been cleaned. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable,pillows were comfortable. Would have liked to have an extra blanket in room."

"The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. "

"The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use.
The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

"Parking great, the air conditioner turned on when it wanted to. The tub was dirty so I didn't use it, I went to a friend's house, it was hair in the bathroom the floor looked like the trash was swept into the corners. And I was forced to use my debit card my whole trip because the receptionist did something with my card to where the credit card company restricted my card and requested I send in my i.d and a utility bill and it would be reviewed for 7 days. Just messed me up totally."
