"The front desk staff was excellent, happy, & helpful. Breakfast was great. Waffle bar, hot foods, cereal, yogurt… the works. On thing I thought was unsafe was the bathroom floor with the shower floor. Sooooo slippery. Nothing to grip or grab if you fall. Ask me how I know. It hurts when you land on hard tile. No bathtub for littles. Bed comfy. Fridge & microwave. Maybe put a pull out couch bed in the king rooms. In case you’re with kids too. 8/10 tv easy to use. Gives lots of towels."

"Very nice staff. The room was clean and decorated fun. There were some items that needed to be wiped down by myself such as the drawers and cabinets but overall clean. Great view."

"We were unaware that there was no on site parking w/o valet $49 charge. Off street parking lots expensive and charge for each coming and going. Disappointed that check in did not inform us that you had to use your room key to use the elevator. That would’ve been helpful!!"
