"Very friendly staff, among whom was someone apparently with artistic talent and passion who left cute welcoming notes with drawings in our room. Front desk gave us a free upgrade to a family room when we checked in as a family of three without us asking. Free shuttle to the airport. We had to depart at 5am to catch a 8am flight. "Wir waren für fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Stadtteil hat uns sehr gut gefallen vor allem das große Zimmer mit der Tower Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit vor allem bei Essenslieferungen ins Hotel, wo wir keine chinesische Handynummer hatten und was ich ein wenig schade finde ist dass man mit dem Kind nicht auf die ruf top Terrasse nach 18:00 Uhr gehen kann, um den schönen Ausblick zu genießen."

"Look, I know this is a five star hotel, so you would expect good service… but these guys are absolutely excellent. We arrived on an early flight at 8.30am but they upgraded us so we could check in early for a nap… but only after we had breakfast (breakfast in the morning of arrival is a new one on me!)
