This is a very nice hotel. They have very good staff and have free shuttle bus to the railroad station. Love this hotel.

注意标间千万别定单人间写的是twinbed,其实是单人床!

一开始给了一间超级小的房间。非常惊讶，mercure竟然有这么局促的房间后来知道，(每层几十间房就4间角上的房特小，躺在床看见天花板比床大一点点，还是斜的）。 订的是twinbed写在英文订单上的 . 房间里的床竟然是个单人床，。跟hotels 打电话，他们也很帮我沟通 但是前台一个男生非常不变通，非说我订的就是这种房间。本来其他员工说可以换别的房，他还不让。第二天早上我出门这个男生跟我说抱歉，并帮我后换到了大的标间。其实早这样大家都开心，在有房的基础上，客户开心，自然传播好口碑。后来看了一些评价，很多别人的评价都不好，作为4星级的mercure 曾经是我非常信赖的品牌，别换了中国东家欧洲气质全没了！这个楼可能造型比较特别，四角房间造型各异，那几间真是很难受，如果是2星级酒店，我也就不说什么了，建议酒店把每层角上2间改成一个套间卖，要不谁住都难受。最后结果还可以，酒店还是懂道理的。所以继续支持。

Doesn't reach the minimum acceptable standard.

Check in was fine. Two of the elevators weren't working and one that was was also filthy and unfinished. The the hallway carpets are all stained and somewhat disgusting. When I got to my first room the bathroom had a bit of an off-smell, however this only intensified until a couple hours later when the entire room was inundated with the stench of sewage. After about 30 minutes of discussion and inspection, the staff moved me to another room. Unfortunately the toilet did not properly function there. This was my third stay at this hotel. The previous two times I had been put off my the dirtiness of the elevators and the hallways, but the room was so cheap and so convenient to the Hongqiao rail station that I took the good with the bad, but the continued decline has put this hotel on my blacklist. I travel in China regularly for business and realize that the standards there are different than in Europe - in some ways they are better, in others worse - but this hotel is just below what I would consider a minimum acceptable standard. Spend a bit of extra money and go somewhere else...

不愉快な対応でした。

レールウェイという名称ですが、駅から結構離れています。しかも非常に場所が分かりづらい。1名x3部屋で予約し現地支払いにもかかわらず「すべての支払いは終了しています」という対応。それは困る！と言っても聞き入れず、最後に大きな声でクレームしてやっとで処理。英語が話せるスタッフは1名のみ。しかも片言で携帯の辞書でコミニュケーションする状態。部屋も超狭い。申し訳ないけど2度と利用しません

Conveniently located for the train station.

Hotel itself is absolutely fine - comfortable and in quiet location. Well placed for the train station which is a 15 minutes walk. One suggestion is for the hotel to provide more detailed instructions on the website on how to how to reach it on foot - I have taken a taxi from the train station and the driver was less than pleased having to drive me such a short distance. No idea what he said, but kept shouting waving his hands, so presume unhappy :) . It is a very easy walk, but hotel is a little tucked away and not immidiately visible from the main road. Overall fine and would stay again for the convenience of its location.

So far, the reception staff was really helpful and paid attention to our take-away food orders. Only the neighbors (rooms) spoke loudly on the phone, and I could not sleep that night (July 10). It was annoying to have a shower in the upper room. It may be the wall, the material of the pipe, really bad. These sounds cannot be avoided.

After paying for the reservation online with Expedia I was told at the hotel that I'd need to pay the nightly rate. They claimed that what I paid online. Was only a deposit and that it would be refunded to my account. Now after returning to the states, nothing has been refunded.

김포행 아침 비행기라 공항 숙소를 예약하려 이 호텔을 예약하였습니다. 1터미널이 국제선 공항이고, 2터미널은 중국내선 공항입니다. 이 호텔은 2터미널과 접해있는 호텔입니다. 국제선 타실 분들은 1터미널 인근 호텔을 예약하시는 편이 낫습니다. 호텔 컨디션은 깔끔하였고, 영어되는 호텔리어가 있어 좋았습니다.

The hotel is further from the Hongqiao Train Station than it looks on the map. Would suggest a taxi but you can walk for about 20 minutes. Can get across the access road via the underground mall (The Hub) or to the top level and use walkways. Refrigerator did not work. Changed rooms. Wifi speed is ok. Rooms are very large. There are no English explanation sheets for the air conditioning and TV remote. You will need to contact the front desk. The hotel is new and modern and in an industrial park area. There are convenience stores nearby and a shopping center with food not far away. Front desk spoke limited English.

欧米風ホテルだが中国らしさもあり

部屋は中国では少しだけ狭いめかな？ でも2人では充分。部屋の中も綺麗。スタッフもオール中国人だが 親切。ただワールドホテルから中国ローカルに変わったのかな？ 部屋にバスローブの準備が無かった。 トイレが詰まって排水が溢れた。普通の作業服のおっちゃんが吸盤持ってやって来て、シュポシュポやって帰って行った。 虹橋駅から徒歩15分位で歩ける模様だが、分かりづらそう。タクシーでも15分かかった。

Location is great which nearby the train station, staff service is bad and they even fill in wrong name during my registration and was discovered when I can’t access to Wi-Fi (used last name as password). Room is clean and tidy, no room service.
