The Radisson Blu hotel boasts a prime location, with a conveniently nearby subway station. The hotel's service is truly exceptional; however, my experience was marred by some reservation issues.
Initially, I booked a Junior Suite Park View with twin beds via the Hotels.com app. To my disappointment, upon arrival, I was informed that no suites with twin beds were available. Instead, they offered an "upgrade" to a Junior Suite with a city view. This wasn't actually an upgrade, as the city view suite had a lower cost and featured just one bed, contrary to my request for two.
Feeling weary from a long journey, I ultimately accepted the available suite and requested an extra bed. The room was generally clean, but an excessively noisy air conditioner required me to turn off one of the air conditioner units for comfort.
Notably, there was no room service menu in the suite, though having stayed here on multiple occasions, I knew room service was available. We decided to order an American breakfast and a cheese omelet, both of which were impeccably prepared and promptly delivered.
For guests planning to dine in at this hotel, I highly recommend their cheeseburgers; they're meticulously cooked and crafted with real beef and bacon.
