This is an awesome property for the price. Very decent large rooms and nice breakfast. Location is a bit out there but has all the required shopping and eating locations if you don't really need to be in Puxi or downtown Pudong. Great value for money.

Firstly: Although I complained repeatedly the room key delivered wouldn't open the door to my hotel room. Secondly, during November the room temperature at my room was blocked at low 18 degrees Celsius and couldn't be altered. Also the temperature at the hotels other public spaces were way too cold! Thirdly: The quality of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was very bad! Fourthly: Nobody at this hotel understood or let alone spoke proper English! Fifthly: The service at the hotel was only very poorly and half-heartedly provided!

My 4th visit to this hotel but first in 7 years. The Qube Hotel was disappointing this time. Tired decor in the rooms and staff and services below average. I don’t think I will stay here again now that new hotels have opened near by.
