We booked through Expedia and had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived, we were told our room type was unavailable because the hotel was fully booked. They upgraded us to a suite, which we appreciated. The next day, however, housekeeping entered our suite while we were inside. I clearly remember locking the main door and was showering with music playing. The suite has a living room and a separate bedroom behind...

"The room was very clean and was restocked every day with clean towels. The language was a problem but I expected that. We used our apps to communicate. The area is fabulous! Close to the subway which is really easy to use. And lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The only complaint I had was the people in the room above me were very noisy and heavy walkers and kept me awake half the night. Slamming doors on my floor too. I would stay there again though!"
