"My wife and I are both travel advisors - any of our clients looking to visit Shanghai will be strongly recommended to stay at this property. Location, location, location! Close to the Bund, subway, and an excellent Didi pickup point. Property is clean, well managed, modern, fantastic included laundry and the breakfast was perfect. We can’t say enough about the property! (Except get a better ice maker please?)"

Hotel room is ok except some annoying cigarette odour from air conditioning occasionally at night . Have to turn off the air con to avoid the smell. Individual hotel staff is not friendly and helpful. When I checked out, I used credit card to pay. Somehow they have problem with the machine and I have no choice but to pay with WeChat. "Great location. Good breakfast."

"Great location! Clean room. Only downside was the air conditioning wasn’t blowing any cool air. It wasn’t that hot outside so it didn’t bother me too much"

"Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing."

"Good"

"there us no pool they probably want to save money, so there no tomatoes at breakfast"

"Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai."

"This magnifican hotel is getting old. I requires a renovation, being in such extraordinary location and building, one of the most famous in the world"

"Fantastic hotel - close to the walking street and very convenient to get DiDi or walk - the breakfast spread was incredible!!"
