"When I got to my room, the TV was on but there was no remote anywhere. I looked all over and couldn’t find it. The TV was too bright to sleep with So Around 10:30 p.m, I had to call the front desk. A man barged right into my room to search for the remote… I was alone in my pyjamas. Even though I kept saying I had already looked everywhere, he continued going through the room and my things. "The hotel location is great. Basically 1960s style motel build around the pool. Lots of noise until pool closes at 10 pm. Towels and maid service are good. Room we were in was dated. Mattress wasn’t the best. Parking was tight for are pick up truck."

"Servers seemed unobservant and inattentive during breakfast and evenings in the lounge. We waited quite a bit of time for a menu, drinks and refills. Sat at the bar and the workers at the bar were great. Disappointing the boardwalk was closed. We had to change rooms the first night due to a water system issue, it sucked but things do happen. Our Room with a view of the lake was nice, the railings are starting to show their age and a glass railing would be a nice improvement."
