"Staff was very nice and tried to help. The reason for 2 stars is for the temperature of the room was 25-26 C. It was way too hot to be comfortable and was unable to sleep because of the temperature. Asked many times to fix it or change rooms, neither of which happened. The entire hotel also smelled like cigarette smoke. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. "

The pillows were like rocks and we could feel the springs coming through the mattress. Bathrooms on the first floor. Bedrooms on the second floor. Understand what you’re renting before you go.
