"Helpful, friendly staff and a nice location for the mall. The pool was great, the rooms adequate. Unfortunately we didn't have an iron or a hairdryer, it was very basic. There was a note to call reception if you need anything but we didn't bother, I think these should be provided in the rooms for guests. The hotel does smell really bad. I thought it was cigarette smoke through the corridors but it's non smoking, so not sure what it was. Our room smelt and our linen as well, it was pretty bad. Just a tip - one of the staff members did send us down the main road to get to the mall, but there's a new gate in the carpark that takes you there safely in 5 minutes. I booked this hotel based on the 9.6/10 rating but I can now see that these "verified" reviews may not be quite right as they're all very similar. Lesson learnt from a seasoned traveller! I would give this hotel a 6.5/10 but based on the rate we paid, we can't complain."
