"We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach. However, there were no lifts and 1000’s of stairs. It took us 15 minutes to get to reception/pool area. We had to change rooms which took hours and hours. Even then, the rooms were not so close to the reception. They also had to downgrade the room to get us closer to reception and would not refund us the difference between the...
