"Nice sized room, beds were comfy. Lots of options for breakfast! My only complaint was lady in front desk made a rude remark.. when i told her my last name she said "English please.." and laughed. I did not find it very funny even if it was a true joke on her end. She also mentioned there was a 60 mile rule that they wont let people who live close by stay. I didnt notice that under the listing, thankfully we came from a bit farther.. I did not hear her mention to another family that was checking...

"We visited that hotel 3 years ago and it was terrible. Rooms not set up, no working ice machine in the building, no refrigerator. This time it was just right. "

"Superb service! We've stayed with our puppy and it was easy checking, transparent fees and policies. Room was spacious, clean, comfy and had everything we need. We tried both dinner provided and breakfast and I really loved the service: they brought it to our room right on time with lovely presentation, however the quality of food was quite average. Overall would definitely recommend and we will come to stay again!"

"This was a GREAT option for Lassen Volcanic National Park. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy with a nice mini-fridge and microwave. The restaurant across the street (same company) was excellent with some great sunset views from the large windows. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend."
