The Elliott's and their staff do the best they can during winter snow storms. Winters are a challenge for snow removal of stairs and parking areas. All challenges were met early the next morning of their stay and the earliest we could get it done by our snow removal company. Snow melt was distributed in the walkways and stairs in the morning. Those snow and ice challenges were brought up by the owners at breakfast, to each guest individually, with the assurance all necessary protections would be addressed that morning, and in fact were. The jetted tub issue was addressed within a very short amount of time from the heads up that it was not working, and then the maintenance fix. For an unknown reason the electrical plug had been pulled, so the fix was immediate. The common area microwave was working but not everyone can operate it correctly. The staff explained how to use it and remedied the situation as fast as possible. Prior to arrival there were multiple reservation requests by the guest and their friends, multiple changes to reservations, and multiple phone calls and texts, but eventually sorted out by the staff. The welcoming email that is sent to each guest prior to arrival explains the convenient lockbox codes, in-room amenities and gives clear directions to our guest parking for ease of check-in. We do apologize for any inconveniences during your stay.

Dear Sonia. Apparently there was missed communication this morning. When you left prior to 8:30a, which is when we begin serving our chef's choice breakfast, it appeared that you were checking out, as you were removing luggage and walking to your car. We did note that you did take advantage of our self serve breakfast options however, so we are glad you had that at least to start your day.

We would like to return the compliments. You both are so friendly and easy to communicate with. We had fun experiencing together the phenomenal snow levels, the most in a century! More than likely a getaway you will always remember. We are happy to get your wonderful feedback on your suite, our weekend chef prepared breakfast, complete with complimentary mimosas, and our most unique resort area. We definitely look forward to your return visit you are planning for this summer, when the lakes will be full and the weather will be warmer. Thank you so much for staying with us!
