"The place is clean and safe and that's great. The staff is nice, but the finishes and carpets in the rooms and some of the hallways show some where and tear and aging. The only thing that really ruined this visit was the pool was out of service. Apparently they were retiling it so it was empty. I specifically picked this hotel because of the pool, so that was upsetting."

"For the stay it was okay, but the shower was dirty and so was the pool. The elevator floor had a whole in it and one of the wall sockets had a piece of metal in it. But besides that everything else seemed pretty good !"

"The website advertises 24 hour shuttle to the airport, which is why I booked this hotel. When I checked in and tried to arrange shuttle service, I was told it was not 24 hours and started at 5am (my flight was at 5am). Big inconvenience, and the staff at the front desk were indifferent to the situation. "

"We were assigned a connecting room. Originally had no problem with it. But at night when the next room was occupied we would hear everything, they were very loud until very late at night and throughout the morning. There was also light from the hallway that would come into the room from under the door.
Also when I went to get a shower and moved the curtain a wash towel from the previous guest fell from the rod.
Staff nice, the bed was very comfortable but we had a terrible night."

"I found this little gem trying to save a little money on a tournament weekend. The hotel was well-kept, our rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good and well-attended. There is a really pretty atrium that added a neat touch. It had a sense of personal ownership that reminded me of when hotels were run and managed by families. Great stay! "
