This property was clean and the staff was friendly everywhere we went on site. Ronnie working at the cafe provided 5-Star service to my husband and I each visit. We came for my graduation that was at the convention center. We recommend and would stay again if in the city again.

Hotel Valencia riverwalk is such a beautiful hotel. The staff is amazing! The cleanliness of the hotel is top tier and the smell is unlike anything else. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! 10/10 I promise you won’t be disappointed!

It was extremely clean , quiet and relaxing for me and my husband. We will book Hotel Valencia every time we visit SanAntonio because of our experience. This was our first time at the Riverwalk and I can not express how much we enjoyed our time and stay in the area. I wish I could gate keep this hotel but I can't because staff, and the guys at the front door was nice and always asked if we needed recommendations for places to visit in the area. It wasnt really clear when we checked in how the 18$ Destination fee would be applied, the front desk at check in made it sound like it was a credit for us to enjoy and even gave us a card so we could use it, but in reality it wasnt a credit on our favor, it was a pre paid fee that was on top of our room rate! So then when we checked out they charged us 18$ plus other 20$ we spent using the card. If they would have explained it better I wouldnt have used the card for extra charges.
