"Everything was fine, but nothing spectacular. Check-in took a long time, we were in line for close to 20 minutes maybe, but seemed like the guest ahead of us had some issues checking in. Wish there was another staff member to help, the check-in line was pretty long behind us by the time we got our room keys. Most annoying thing was that it seemed like the water pipes for half the floor went through our room. We could hear the water pipes when other people were taking a shower or running water as if it was in our walls. Made it hard to sleep in the evening. Staff were pretty friendly though!"

"I hope we can choose our specific campsite number upon booking rather than finding out when we arrive, since you get what you book anyway. Also, there should be a walking trail along the river. The view by the river is beautiful so we could walk and enjoy the scenery, the staff is helpful, and the surroundings are very clean."

"The staff were amazing and our deluxe king was clean but some dusting was missed. To the hotel’s benefit, they were doing updating, etc. our room didn’t have a tub, only shower, which I should have inquired about when booking . We stayed in the Arium side and was disappointed that the pool/HT were closed earlier than the tower so we and the kids missed out on using them as we were at VB nationals late. Our breakfast was not included because I had booked through Hotel.Com so that was a disappointment. Other than that our stay was enjoyable."
