"I would say its OVERVALUED, as per price they are charging.. 1. Facility wise -- Its lacking if compared to brand 'Marriott'. Other hotels which are providing rooms at 1/3rd price are similar in security/cleanliness/room size/ambience No garden... No views.. Forget about other amenities 2. Location is not great.. Nearby area is dead. Its next to local wine shop 3. Not much options available for BREAKFAST.. Same fix limited/repeated menu options are available every day. Taste of items being...

"The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The roof-top terrace had a very nice view of the main road & the Dal lake, both at night and in daytime. Things not satisfactory: Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you. There is no lift . The complementary breakfast and food available is extremely limited,don't go by the extensive printed menu available in the room. The hotel would not provide any water,tea/coffee sachets unless it was asked for every...

"Thankful to the manager very helpful and honest. The food was excellent and the stay nice with all amenities.only problem is the power cut and last day we had a whole night power cut, the water was cold, but otherwise service and location wise nice place to stay. Very near to popular restaurants, dal lake and other sight seeing locations. Overall satisfied, the driver Ashfaq was very well versed with the places to visit and an excellent person who helped us a lot! Looking forward to stay again."
