"リフォームされて初めて泊まりましたが綺麗になっていました。"

"The property is in a very good location. Since the booking was through a third party, they will not provide certain promotions."

"Hotel was wonderful along with the entire hotel staff, great location, room clean and confortable. We love the floor to ceiling windows and our view of the city was amazing. Spa was excellent as well as workout space/pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices to fill your plate. Lots of seating in the breakfast area if you want to sit looking out the window or sit at the coffee/bar."

"Liked: Hotel and room cleanliness. Friendly and courteous staff . Location was amazing in the Kowloon area facing the harbor with close proximity to metro stations , ferry station, walk ways .. etc . Apart from the above, it’s an excellent hotel ."

"Helpful staff and clean amenities. Very recommendable."

"Great service; the people helped us immensely, even with the language barrier. Great service"

"staff we encountered were wonderful. the lifeguards even played with the kids by allowing them to try aim the water guns at them while it was quiet! breakfast was very good."

"The staffs are rude. You can’t charge your phone or laptop for work except you have to spend extra money. I wouldn’t recommend any US citizens for this hotels. The hotel wants to save money at expense of the guests. It’s another exploitation."

The location is excellent, with plenty of local restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Transport is also very convenient, with the MTR station, trams and buses all within easy reach, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. The harbour view is absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming,...
