"Excellent apartment room, friendly staff, great view of harbour. Not all rooms may be created equal however, no idea what other rooms were like, seems each room may be bespoke to location in building."

"Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Stains on sheets, blankets, and pillows and curtains. Dead bugs, in light fixtures and cupboards. Oven looked like it was never cleaned. Holes in walls, furniture was broken, legs hanging off of night tables, table lamp electrical shock when touched. Broken shelves in bathroom. Bathroom not stocked with towels, and regular toiletries. Grimy stains on walls, moldy windows and no grout in shower. Wheelchair ramp not shovelled. Would not recommend and will not go back. "

"Mold on bathtub non-slip mat and shower curtain. Exposed plumbing is very noisy. Location is great. There are lots of chairs to sit at the river. "
