"The Inn exceeded our expectations. The arrival and departure process was efficient and easy. The location was perfect and walking distance to attractions and several dining options. The breakfast was as amazing. Many thanks to James and Thomas for the hospitality."

"Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival.
Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow.
When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage."

"The house is absolutely stunning! Pat the owner goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as wonderful as possible. She has everything for you toiletries, beverages, snacks, etc. She takes special orders for breakfast, which is amazing when traveling with picky eaters. "

"The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. "The property is beautiful.
Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable.
The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat.
Allen was so gracious and helpful.
The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs.
Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful.
I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...
