"The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff we engaged with were pleasant and responsive. My only complaint is that there was a roach in the first room that we stayed in. We were quickly moved to another room, so that response was appropriate from the hotel. They need to do some pest management improvements so that that doesn’t happen to another guest. "

"I’ve rated this hotel before. It is starting to feel a bit run down. But they do have a decent breakfast, good tv, nice big refrigerator and microwave along with in room coffee. The location at the price cannot be beat!"

"We booked the room on Expedia, we had the option to pay at the property when we arrived. I received a phone call about 5 hours before check in stating we had to pay money over the phone or we would lose our reservation. I told them to cancel because I didn’t feel comfortable paying them over the phone. The lady was very rude. "
