The Pinnacle trail is a pleasant 2 miles trek uphill through rich forest. The last little bit has some rock scrambling with signs that urge carefulness. But the views are stupendous, especially with fall colors in full display. (About 45 minutes west of Charlotte, NC)

The staff was very kind and accommodating. However upon arrival after a long day of travel we immediately had to switch rooms because we found stains all over the mattress that looked like signs of bed bug. The new room was better but still not all that clean and we are still planning to spend our whole first day back home trying to make sure we don’t bring bed bugs into the home

Swimming pool and outside grill area with covered structure was excellent. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The manager was beyond expectations. Great place to be for the new casino close by. Lots of restaurants on the same road.

I love to stay at this Comfort Inn 2 or 3 times a year. It's very convenient to shopping dinning and the 2 kings casino. It about 11 minute to the veteran state park in south Carolina

Nice lobby, comfortable beds, fluffy pillows. But there were roaches in both rooms, and the tub was clogged in the second room I was transferred to, so I couldn’t comfortably take a shower without standing in water. Glad it was just for 1 night.

I found staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The check in was prompt and I was given relevant details noting 2 bottles of water in the room which I appreciated. The walls were not very good at blocking noise since I heard doors closing, conversations and even a bit of “romance”. The room and bathroom appeared clean however the floors, no carpet, needed mopping since my socks got dirty walking on them. The elevator was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel and it was quite dirty. There is a breakfast offered with hot and cold choices plus a nice variety from yogurt and cereals to sausage, bacon, eggs and sausage gravy. The hotel was very convenient to main highways as well as being a few minutes from downtown. I would stay there again.
