"When booked I asked for a walk in shower highest floor and 2 beds away from the elevator. When checking in I was told all requests available, however when walking in the room, it was a tub not a walk in shower. I was then informed the only available room was on the 1st ,walk in shower but only 1 bed. This was 5 night stay and I was with my mother that cannot step into a tub. Unfortunately the 1 bed was our only option. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. I was given free parking for...
