They didn’t replace the make-up removal disposable pads even after I clearly used them. The water pressure was so minimal, that it took longer to rinse.
We chose this hotel for its convenience and...

"Just came off a 5 night trip where we stayed in 3 different Homewood Suites properties in different cities and this one was the best. However, it still had its issues. I was given a studio suite when I payed for and booked a true suite with a separate bedroom. They then sent me to THREE (3) different rooms and it was still a studio suite every time. "Clean and comfortable room, although not what I had reserved (booked a king bed, was given a room with 2 queen beds). Staff was generally polite and helpful. Some wear showing in the facility. Location is great, convenient to downtown Wilmington. No airport shuttle, even though it’s only about 5 or 6 miles away. I’d stay here again."
