"Poor maintenance"

"This is our go to place to stay when we fly into the Vancouver area. Access from YVR with the sky train doesn’t get any easier. The outlet mall is 2 stops away. The Richmond night marker is a 5 minute walk, and down town is a 20 min ride on the sky train. Great location! Rooms are set up nicely. Beds are comfortable. The pool area is spacious, and having a Starbucks on sight makes for an easy morning coffee run. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I do have to pre request robes in the room and an extra blanket as I find the comforter on the bed a bit thin. That’s just a personal preference from someone who’s always cold. Over all great hotel we’ve stay at least 2 times per year."

"I recomend Moda hotel for two reasons. The staff is very friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. The location is close to many things such as Stanley Park, Sea Wall, restaurants, grocery store. My tour company picked me up at Moda hotel due to its central location.. "
