"This is an old hotel, it used to be Hyatt hotel and was purchased by Hilton. The y had a covering of green slime over most of the floor caused by an algae growth. Room service did not clean on any day and we were told that room cleaning is every other day. Not good for the price of that missing service. We had booked for three nights but left because of the condition and lack of service after two nights. Front desk is a place of smiled anf nothing else. Never here again!"

"The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer "

"It was just OK. I decided to upgrade myself from one of the other hotels but it didn’t feel like an upgrade. Very expensive breakfast so myself like many others were walking around with our Starbucks cups where most seemed to head off to for breakfast. Pool bar was always closed, same for closed off fire pits etc that you see in the photos. There was one bar of soap in the room. Not even those plastic cups you get so I had to drink from the faucet with my head in the sink. It mostly just felt...

"My wife, my family, and I recently stayed at the resort, and overall, it was a great experience. This trip felt like a full circle moment for us. When we first visited in 2013 for Valentine’s Day, we were college students and a young couple. Returning now with our two young kids, especially for our youngest son’s first Easter, made it even more special. We have consistently had positive experiences here, and it was great to see updates around the resort. I want to recognize a few staff members...

"The people who worked here were great and very helpful. The hotel needs to be upgraded, it felt very dirty. The hallways are very dark and it was so loud at all times of the night. Very little sound proofing. Rust in the bathroom and paint chipping in the bathtub. "
