Khách sạn Shenandoah

"The stay was wonderful and the staff very professional and efficient. I would suggest individuals staying during the week that a continental breakfast be offered for those staying in the hotel."

"Great location in the Shenandoah National Park with all of the hiking and other activities it has to offer. The rooms were a bit dated, but met our needs. The food was OK and a bit pricey, but the views from the dining room made eating there a great experience."

"The location was very clean and modern with a friendly staff. The beds and bed pillows were very mushy. There was plenty of lighting in the room but it was all too harsh and in your face. We were there two nights and we didn't get any maid service or clean towels after our first night there. We would stay there again but there are definitely things to improve on."

"Property ok. Carpet in hall was very worn and dirty. Room was ok. Breakfast was below average for breakfast bar included with hotel stay"

"This inn is old and historic. Passed down through many generations. It was interesting and Uncle Charlie’s room was comfortable. Breakfast was good not until 9am. They now have a full time live in innkeeper which is helpful. Convenient to Vineyards/wineries, JMU, Massanutten and breweries. The beautiful Shenandoah valley can’t be beat for scenery!"

"Great location. Very good amenities for having ample room and being able to cook some small meals etc."

"A great place beautiful view of the golf course"

"This place was very clean and had new fixtures and furniture. No mold or mildew in bathroom. Very nice! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to a lot of road noise you could hear in our room."

"Very clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff."

"We arrived late at night and had chosen this hotel due to EV Chargers. Unfortunately not only were there no charging parking spots available, there wasn’t a single spot to park in at all. They charged us $5 a night for parking which was a surprise to me when we checked in. Seems absurd to pay for parking and then have to park at a grocery store and walk over in the middle of the night."

"Great location, the rooms were very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our bathroom was small and did not have any shelf space and had limited wall hooks to hang towels and/or clothing. The bedroom was a bit small however the bed itself was very comfortable."

"The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom was outdated. The toilet was barely functioning. The toilet paper would not go down."

"Convenient location and easy to find,"

"The hotel has a few positives: a firm, comfortable king-size bed, modern TV with Netflix, standing shower, mini fridge, free all-day lobby coffee, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and a 24-hour gym. Room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Both the air conditioning and sink had unpleasant odors. The thin walls made neighboring conversations and laughter clearly audible at 11 PM. The pillows were extremely flat and soft—even stacking four barely provided adequate...
