"There were ants in our room, including the bed and I got bit by one. Breakfast is all prepackaged foods to be heated up in 1 microwave. Did not eat breakfast because after killing the ant that bit, I kept feeling like more were crawling on me. Staff just blew it off and was rather rude. Staff at check in was slightly friendlier than morning staff, but had an attitude when I asked to let my husband sign the paperwork because my dominant arm was in a sling and the counter was too high. "Anytime towels were needed we had to go down stairs and bring our dirty wet towels. Would not give us additional towels unless wet dirty ones were given back downstairs."

"Check in was easy , we went up to our room to put out belongings away, made a 2nd trip to the room and went out for dinner. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing. We had to sit outside our room for an hour while they REPLACE THE AA BATTERIES that work the doors. But still nothing. Another 2 hours we wait for another maintenance person that "might" get us in the room but maybe...
