"I had never stayed at a doubletree before and now its going to be my go to. The suite was fantastic, the staff wonderful and extremely helpful. My only issue was the suite is near the elevator which is kind of old so you could hear it very loudly. Not the staffs fault at all and thankfully not many used it during the night!"

"Overall good stay, unfortunately we were woken up at 5:30am by the front desk asking if we had a water overflowing- which scared my 8 year old and caused a rough start to the morning. "

"This was a very basic place to stay. Room was good for one night rest from a long road trip. We stay in Lancaster-area often. For future stays, we prefer a hotel with more amenities."

"This hotel is in need of a lot for the price we paid on Expedia. We have now learned Expedia charges a higher price for a room than if you had walked in the front door and reserved it. We had a “kitchenette”, which included a refrigerator, microwave, small cooktop. No coffee pot, no coffee cups, no cups, no plates, no utensils, no cooking utensils. "It was clean enough, but had two towels, 2 washcloths and the manager acted a little perturbed when we ask for more towels. They never came in our room and we were booked for 3 nights and 1 morning. Expected them to stop in daily to refresh towels at least. Will not stay again"

"The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good at the restaurant across the street. The property was in a good location and convenient to many places in the Lancaster area. Parking was right outside the door."
