"The hotel denied to let us check-in showing reason that they couldn't find my payment of booking details. They denied any association with Hotels.com. Since we had to stay for the night we paid the hotel by cash and checked in. I've emailed Hotels.com several times regarding refund but no response at all! "

"Comfortable accommodation and well worth the money. One thing to note is that the place is a bit away (30 min walk) from the main tourist area of Fort Kochi. Not a lot dining options around the hotel either. However, you can take a bus or a quick tuk tuk ride to Jewish town or fort Kochi beach area. Good AC and ceiling fan. Windows with nets to prevent mosquitoes, fairly quiet place. Had a good night's sleep without fail"
