we had a bed experience with property due to following reasons 1. actual room size was much smaller as compared to what was shown at time of booking. 2. cleaning staff broke inside the room even when we had clearly mentioned "do not disturb" sign and some of our things were got missing we even complained at reception but no action was taken. 3. reception staff was uncooperative

Excellent accomodation. Staff helpful, good little cafe at reception. Turn left out of hotel and a few minutes walk from bustling food shops and restaurants. 3-4 minutes walk from metro, when turning right out of hotel.

Worst experience. I never had such a bad experience ever while travelling to China. Hotel is totally different from the pictures shown on the platform. Apart from other negative points, worst was that there are no lockers in the rooms and big amount of cash got stolen from our rooms. I proved it from the facts that their house keeping staff stole the money but the hotel management wasn’t ready to cooperate in inquiring. Rather they tried to pressurise me and blamed me for extortion. Instead of helping the customer they rather got defensive. Their management was reluctant to check their CCTV footages and even after repeated requests they didn’t check CCTV footages to find out that who entered my room. Overall a pathetic experience. This hotel is just too much over-rated on expedia may be with fake reviews. I won’t recommend to anyone.

洗濯機の稼働状況がテレビ画面で確認出来るのは良いが夜の時間は洗濯機3台、乾燥機3台とも空いていないことがおおかたです。 朝食は美味しくないです。3日申込しましたが、1日だけたべて、のこり2日間は食べませんでした。また、脚が藤生で、食堂や洗濯機の13Fまでは、12Fから階段であがらないといけないのも大変不便でした。

Great hotel with clean, well-equipped rooms and at a very reasonable price. Staff are courteous and helpful. Complimentary coffees are a nice touch. Location is convenient with lots of eateries around. Downsides are the front of hotel is fenced off from the road so cars pickup and drop offs needs to be around 20 metres away and not so convenient if you're carrying lots of bags and luggage. Also ceiling and seals inside shower showing a bit of age and wear. Otherwise housekeeping does a great job as the room is very clean by smaller hotels' standards.

訂房是兩位成人及加購早餐，用餐前，女服務員竟然說只訂了一位早餐，我查看資料及出示証明，確實註明兩位成人及免費早餐，那位女服務員不服氣說，今次可兩位用餐，態度很差，令我感到很不安。我確實有付費，並不是白吃的，竟如此態度。退房時，男服務員說是他們弄錯了，應該包含兩份早餐，還贈飲品及致歉。另外，房間床邊沒有防護，容易碰到受傷，很危險。經過這次不愉快經歷，以後不會入住，亦不會推薦給朋友。

second time staying in this hotel. really love the vibes of the hotel. staff are nice and helpful as well. overall a very very good stay, but it would be better if they can improve their gym as it is really very limited. it does not even have a bench. other than that, the hotel is perfect

ベッドの横に段差があります。注意していても必ず足を引っかけます。 朝食ビュッフェは美味しいですが、種類はそんなにありません。注文するとお粥を目の前で作ってくれます。 ホテルの南側は飲食店が沢山あります。 徒歩10分くらいに华润万家という大き目のスーパーマーケットがあります。2階にビールも売っています。 老街も徒歩10分くらいです。 地下鉄の湖贝站まで徒歩4分です。 PCで作業できるような机はありません。丸いテーブルがあり、14インチノートPCを置くとマウスのスペースをなんとか確保できるかな、、という感じです。 10階の部屋に宿泊しました。自分の部屋は2重窓の外側の窓がしっかりと閉まりませんでしたが、騒音は微かに車のクラクションが聞こえてくるくらいです。 5泊し、周りの宿泊客の気配は全く聞こえませんでした。これはたまたま隣の部屋に誰も泊まっていなかったからなのかもしれませんが。 冷蔵庫はまったく冷えません。 Wi-Fiは途切れることなく使えました。当然ですがGoogleやX(Twitter)などは規制されて見えません。

宿泊する前から微信でやりとりできて便利だった。 部屋は広く設備も揃っていて非常に清潔だった。 スタッフは親切で英語で応対してくれた。 カフェの無料券が付いていたり、モーニングのビュッフェも料理が中華料理から洋食まで非常に充実していて美味しかった。 オシャレなコンセプトのインテリアやアイテムが飾られていた。 無料でランドリーを使用出来のが非常に便利だった。 ロボット犬を見られるかなと思っていたが、故障しているのか受付付近に保管されているのみだったので次また行った時には見れると嬉しい。
