"The room was disgustingly gross. Stained pillow case, stuff on the bedding, floor hadn’t been vacuumed in months! Stains on the table and foot stool, I did not stay there and they refused to give me a refund"

"The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!"

"Nice, clean room. Breakfast wasn’t anything to get up for. Stale cereal and a few muffins and prepackaged pastries. Smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free facility."
