"Clean"

"Room was clean, comfortable bed. Pools, hot tub areas were clean. Arcade games were fun. Had dinner at Legends (really good burgers and friendly staff) and went back later at night for the live music, which was great and good atmosphere!"

"All the staff were so awesome from the 1st phone call to check in & making sure everything was what we needed! Grandkids loved the pool & they let us use the dining area for a little birthday cake celebration. Will definitely be back. It was a very wonderful stay!"

I dropped my moisturizer on the tile bathroom floor and the glass shattered on the floor, when were Leaving I let Justin who was cleaning rooms know that there still may be pieces we missed picking up so he should be careful and he was so grateful for us telling him and wanted to make sure we were ok, what a nice kid"

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Prompt to check in. I'd been having a long day, and she was very sympathetic to the situation. Just laughed it off with me. After my sister arrived, the front desk called to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. That's awesome, definitely will be going back."

"Room was clean and had all the things I wanted. However, if you have a west facing room (towards the Red Carpet bar), late at night on the weekends you can hear everyone out and about. Otherwise everything else way great and we didnt hear other patrons in the hotel which is always a plus. "
