"The staff weren't overly helpful or friendly. The pool was small- so the teens didn't want to go in when there were people there, and there was a weird smell in the halls. Also when you went into the room the AC wasn't on so the room felt and smelled damp. Breakfast was not good. Because we were in the week there wasn't any meat or protien. There was just a biscuit and waffles... But for us it was meant just as a quick stop over- do laundry ( which we ended up having to go somewhere...

"Located ON Rt 66, this property is a gem. This historic property is unique as it’s the first built as luxury apts. The staff was wonderful, check in smooth and the best chocolate chip cookies we’ve had in a long time were delivered to our room. The staff is not present all nite but you are provided with an emergency number. Free parking and blocks from historic landmarks. Breakfast is complimentary and different every day. "

"We’ve never traveled with our pups. We were nervous about what kind of room we’d be in. It was extremely clean and smell free. The dogs loved all the space after being in a car all day. Breakfast isn’t free but looked wonderful and worth the $$$. We had food that we ate. Complimentary coffee in the am was available. Whole complex was extremely clean. Even saw someone using a lint roller on the carpet. Attention to detail. The mirror in our room had some humidity issues but who cares. The beds...

We had E bikes locked and cabled in open truck bed and we were concerned they might be stolen. Front desk informed us to park in the lot where they had cameras. That’s what we did and all was good. "Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued...
