"When checking in, I was helped by Nichole. I'll be honest, she set the tone for my stay at the hotel. Nichole was pleasent, knowledgeable, and most of all she made me feel welcomed. Maybe she's the reason that it didn't bother me that of the two elevators closest to the lobby, there was only one elevator working.
The breakfast was good and the staff was also friendly.

"To start, the King 1 bedroom suite is not as bright and vibrant as pictured. It was your basic brown set up. Kitchen, bathroom and room in general was a decent size. "We initially had a room on level 2, the room wasnt clean, it was dark and pretty much nasty, nothing like the pictures. We went to the reception and the lady nicely upgraded us on level 5. by being on the level 5, everything was ok but hotel is really a 3 stars. Amenties, pool and beach are very nice.
