"We booked 3 rooms, none of them were cleaned well, the stoves didn’t work which is why we booked there, the ac in one was leaking and the carpet was wet all over, when we told the staff they just said other people had told them the same thing and they didn’t really seem to care. Roaches were very present and we could see a couple at any point in time."

"We reserved two rooms. The hotel itself has a terrible mildew smell. One of the rooms smelled like wet dog and was covered in animal fur causing one in our party to have a severe asthma attack. "I recently stayed at the Days Inn in Rockport, TX for five nights and had multiple issues throughout my stay.
The biggest concern was the lack of housekeeping. During the entire five-night stay, no one came to clean the room, take out trash, replace towels, or check in at all. We had to manage everything ourselves, which is not acceptable for a hotel stay.

"I liked although I didn’t get to partake in the happy hour at the bar. The staff was very helpful with giving information about the breakfast buffet. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room. It was very clean and and well stocked with utensils and other basic necessities in the kitchen. The lady managing the breakfast area was very efficient and personable. Overall the hotel amenities are great . A few negatives - the breakfast was quite bad. The housekeeping for the room was only once in three days as per hotel policy. I asked them to clean the room after two days and they did not do it ."
