"Our room was very small but it’s standard in Japan. Overall the experience was nice as the location was also really nice"

"Staff is friendly and helpful. For example, I needed help to make dinner reservations but I don't speak Japanese and I do not know how to dial the local number but front desk was nice enough to help. Much better than other hotels in Japan that I stayed at. The area has many shopping streets and a short walk to malls and restaurants. "staff are great"

"スタッフの対応やきれいな客室、温泉等よかった。博多駅も近く居酒屋やラーメン屋を堪能できた。駐車場が二階で繋がっているので楽だった。"

"一張雙人床房size 太細，行李箱也開不到。"

"Check in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly. Great location, very easy to get around"

"Basics rooms are good size for a hotel in Japan. Spacious & clean but furniture is "basic" as is the toilet. Plus point is hotel is a 10 minutes walk to Hakata Station"

"室温が設定温度より低く寒かった。"

"Conveniently located next to Hakata station Good responsive service, clean room"

"Strong smell of mold in the reception area, really put me off. Not something I would expect from a hotel charging more than 20,000yen for a small single room. Check in staff unfriendly and unwelcoming as well. Very disappointing given the positive experiences I’ve had at other MyStays hotels across Japan."
