Khách sạn Đảo Shikanoshima

"追加料金を払ってお部屋を32階のスィートに変更しました。景色が良く開放的なバスルームと広いベッドは気に入りました！残念だったのは入り口から二つ目のお部屋が広いだけで無駄でした。 せめて冷蔵庫にビール2本お茶やジュースなど飲み物のサービスなどあれば嬉しかったです。ラウンジでの朝食は良かったです"

"The room was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing. You get charged over 20.00/ day to use the gym and the equipment was old and substandard. Only one bike worked and it was very poor quality."

"Recently stayed 2 nights at the Miyako. Check in and check out was pleasant and efficient. Our room was fantastic corner room. Bedding and pillows all good and shower was great. Over the road from Hakata station is an ideal location, and I won’t forget the amazing staff at the Starbucks next door. One of the friendliest I’ve been too. This was my 3td stay here and hopefully not my last."

"Could not ask for a better location for our trip in Fukuoka in regard to location, comfort, and amenities. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The lobby was also grand and had a wonderful fragrance. The hot water bath is also an amazing addition and we enjoyed it. Staff was lovely! Would love to stay here again for a future visit"

"Check in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly. Great location, very easy to get around"

"すべてが最高のホテルでした。"

"Conveniently located next to Hakata station Good responsive service, clean room"

"Staff members are nice and helpful."

"Great location. Clean and spacious."

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel New Otani Hakata, you can tell this was a a very grand hotel back in the day from the entrance and lobby. The location good if you don't want to be in the middle of the bustling Tenjin or Hakata, but is still close by. We walk every day to and from those areas without feeling it was very far, although there is a metro station next to the hotel too if you wish to use the train. The room was an adequate size, we were three people in the room and we managed just fine...

"This hotel is old and bathroom is kind of smelly. The buffet breakfast is a joke, not many choices and quality is not good overall. The property location is good though but clearly it is aging compared to others in Hakata station area"

"飯店沒有主動將替換用的毛巾掛在房間門口。惟職員熱心協助，立即幫忙，值得讚許！飯店地理位置十分方便，購物，飲食一流！"

"温泉が良かった。シャワーの水圧はやや弱めだった"

"Location was top notch! Very pleased the hotel took our room instructions to push the 3 beds together for the safety of our toddlers. The 2 block radius of this hotel was amazing… You get a bit of everything from cool gachapons stores. For the room itself, we liked the layout. We booked the quadruple bed room. Bathroom was solid too. Cool that there was two TVs. Comfort was good too. If I had one thing or two to criticize the hotel about - the room felt and smelled dated. Upon entering our floor...

"Great location to train station and shopping mall. Friendly and attentive staff."
