"1 離天神南駛約10分鐘路程，1、2、3號出口有電梯或手扶梯比較方便帶行李移動，哪一個上來都可以，往屋台方向走即可。（1號出口同一側直走，看到楊國福麻辣燙右轉，這裡拉行李移動最方便；3號要過馬路到對面，2號忘記了） 2對面有一家24小時超商。 3去博多運河城出1樓大門，往右走的方向，路口左轉過橋直走，抵達！ 4附近很多餐廳 5房間空間真的大，2個登機箱+1個大行李箱打開完全ok！ 6浴室有抽風、暖房、乾燥功能 7吹風機是SALONIA 8冰箱大，有冷藏、冷凍。 9該有的餐具都有，只是沒有刀子、碗。 10有陽台，可以洗衣服，提供衣架5-7個吧 11 玄關小，2個人不能同時使用 12床、被子有些小 13有行李箱收納空間 14水壓、水溫不錯 15樓層走廊燈很暗 16入住、退房蠻順的，對方遠端連線 17一樓大門要快速按密碼，才能順利開門 18開車的朋友，附近有很多停車場，找找小路裡面的會比較便宜。 19 隔音差了些，夜深人靜時2樓可以聽到路上的聲音"

"By Japanese standards, the stay was far from ideal. From absolute silence until the day and time of check in the email instructions came exactly at 3:01pm (check in is from 3pm). The email was also all in Japanese and we were told to Google translate ourselves. The apartment was small and cosy though a tad cramped, which was generally fine but it was not cleaned thoroughly too - there was an orange ear plug found left by the previous guest by the bed side."

"初めて利用させていただきました。家族４名での利用です。チェックイン用の端末を上手く見つけられず、最初手間取りましたが、端末の操作自体は問題ありませんでした。交通量の多いところですので、急いでいる方はゆとりを持ってチェックインされた方がいいと思います。お部屋は家具家電が揃っており、今回洗濯はしませんでしたが、洗濯機だけでなく洗剤も置いてあったので、使いたい方はありがたいと思いました。洗面所のゴミ箱に、前に止まられていた方の分なのか使用済み歯ブラシが残っていたのは少し気になるところですが、あとは気になりませんでした！"

"Simple capsule style accommodations. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. Location is excellent. Just a short walk from Hakata station and an even shorter one to the local convenience stores and restaurants. What I really appreciated was the hospitality shown by the staff. Despite my predicament during check in, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks to their efforts I was spared a great deal off trouble."

Was our smallest room of the trip but we did stay in a range of hotels and price points. Staff were very helpful and polite. Would stay there again when using as a base."
