When arriving from the airport your mapping will have you enter the property from a side street that is both difficult to see and the gate off that street is not open after 11 pm. Overall though it’s a nice place to stay."

"The room and bath room was very clean, also check in /out online very convenient.
What I didn’t like is that the carpet in hall was nasty super dirty, phone in bedroom didn’t work, ac extremely loud and when my husband went to the front desk to ask for an additional towel they sent him floor to floor looking for a cleaning lady and even then they told him that they didn’t have any so they had to go to the laundry room and never offer to take it to our room."

"Room is definitely a little dated , but the room was clean. Everyone we encountered was very nice. The location is awesome plus the free parking can’t be beat. The view of the lake from our room was lovely and hotel is a short walk to Rainey street. The ac was a little weak but fine. I would stay here again if in the area because of the location."

"Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly couldn’t wait to leave. The property itself isn’t terrible—the location is convenient, it felt safe and was quiet, and the room had a decent amount of space. I also appreciated having parking, a microwave, and a fridge. However, the lack of cleanliness completely ruined the stay for me and my partner.

"The hotel unfortunately had a huge water leak the day before we arrived.
My room was very clean and amenities were great. If you like your coffee weak and fresh, you’ll love the coffee.
Downside, by the second night’s stay the hard to dry carpet was smelling a bit. If not for the loud fans and smell, it would have been a much higher rating."
