"Hi All As you would understand with the oil sleek on the beach our holiday was ruined , hotel did not have courtesy to inform us of this apart from closing the beach, no communication was sent ! The servicing the rooms were terrible as the sicks in bathrooms need urgent attention due to black growth in the sink poor design and staff looking after these do not listen and do not even bother to leave clean bath towels and had to ring up every day. The breakfast is limited and very busy in morning...

"Excellent stay, good stay and location, thank you."

"Clean, simple. It works."

"The hotel has several strong points: wonderful, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful territory, and decent rooms. However, the rooms show visible signs of wear and appear not to have been renovated for some time. The condition of the finishes falls short of what I would expect from Rixos. "I like the attitude of the staff. Super helpful in bringing the luggage. Special thanks to Pramesh so kind. Appreciated! RAK hotel is a highly recommended! Worth every penny you spent."

"Voyage de 4 nuits dans cet hotel bien localisé. Une grande chambre fonctionnelle, agréable et un accès Wi-Fi tres bon. Le PdJ est copieux, et varié et est assuré pas le chef de salle Sandar qui ferra tout pour vous satisfaire (5*). Vous pouvez aussi prendre votre dîner sur place et Mintu, le maitre d hotel, vous conseillera parfaitement (5*)."

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Loved the room and the water pressure in the shower was impressive to say the least"

"Super freundliches personal, schöner pool"

"The hotel was good "

"The room was neglected; bugs were everywhere. The staff was very quick to help. Needs some updating. "

"The staff very proper and nice people, I felt safe in this quiet and peaceful place. I will definitely come back and book again for my next time I'm RAK"

"Super good- clean and nice stuff. The buffet was good but there is potential for improvement"

"It's so relaxing. Amenities are amazing. The animals are cute and fun."

"We had an excellent stay, largely thanks to the fantastic staff. Special mention to the team in Club Millésime and Reunion, as well as our maid who provided great daily service. While there are a few areas needing maintenance, like some broken tiles around the pool, the overall experience was wonderful and we would definitely return."

"Excellent place, great staff"
