"We had an excellent stay at the Kimpton Shinjuku. The service was warm, polished, and genuinely thoughtful from the moment we arrived. The staff made everything seamless and welcoming.
The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The beds were a little firm for our personal preference, but everything else about the room was comfortable and well appointed.
The location is ideal. Close to the energy of Shinjuku yet peaceful at night, making it a perfect...

"Always easy and care free. We arrived 4 hours before check in and unfortunately we're unable to secure an early check in. Totally fine as they stored our luggage for us and was an extremely easy check in. 4th time staying at Keio and always a pleasure."
