"A wonderful dinner was included in our stay. The chef came out to explain each dish. There is an outdoor bathtub that is amazing."

"The Inn is about a 15 minute walk from Narai station. It is located in a former elementary school which gives it a nice look and feel. The lounge area is a nice place the sit and relax. Keep in mind that after 15:30 it is no longer possible to order coffee. For diner they serve 2 sorts of pizza, margeritha and quatro formaggi. There are not a lot of options to eat in Narai so either being your own instant noodles or reserve ahead. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are a...

"A real honor to be able to experience this ryokan ! The room had a private Onsen which was already full and ready for us to use when we arrived. Everything was clean and comfortable The food and breakfast also very delicious So lucky we got to stay here during our trip and we experienced Narai Juku before all tourists came to sight see . Certainly a highlight"

"Very hard to find the hotel. Cannot walk to it easily. Did not think it was the best but it was clean and staff were very kind."

"駅から遠いのがネックですが、車だと問題ありません。"

"clean, friendly staff, nice lake view."

"スタッフの方たちも親切で部屋も綺麗、立地も良く価格も良心的なので、帰省の際はいつも利用してます。ただ今回2段ベッドがある部屋でしたが、柵のネジがゆるんでいたようで少しガタガタしていたので点検してもらえたらと思います。"

"料理は薄味で素材の味が生かされている"

"Staff was helpful"

"I was pretty shocked with how highly reviewed this hotel is. The bathroom had mold around the tub seal and on the floor, that could easily be cleaned with cleaning products. Plus there were bugs along the ceiling wall....

"Loved the hotel, so close to everything. Really nice"

"I had a great stay, the host is super nice. Just Keep in mind that she does live downstairs so for people who want complete intimacy it might not be the right place but for me It was perfect. It felt like a homestay. The room was clean, large and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. 10/10"

"I was allocated to a room completely have no view, quite disappointed"
