"I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. "It’s perfect for what it’s for a quick weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We didn’t use the pool so we can’t comment on it. The breakfast was small not a lot of choices but the coffee was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"Sammy is an asset to comfort Suites, we will come back just to see him. His knowledge of the area, his professionalism and caring about us is unmatched in your industry. This location will be a major stop traveling to Texas and back and our families will use this location as well. Ian was excellent as well, he does a great job pulling double duty in the morning. "
